This Week Wasn't Long Enough!

FINALLY!  It's Friday!
Who thinks Mrs. 4444's should do Friday Fragments EVERY DAY?
Raise your hand and go on over to Half Past Kissin' Time and tell her!

* I'm on a little 5 hour drive right now........to the middle of Wyoming.

* When we get there, we get to pull a handcart like a pioneer for 6 or 7 miles.

* I hate dirt.

* I hate wind.

* One of my talents is whining.

* That's why I don't have girls.  In this household, only one person can whine at a time.  And it's going to be me.

* I can be bribed with food.

* That's why I'm going to Wyoming.  After the trekking around, they feed you really good food AND all you can eat homemade cookies.

* Brian bribes me to come to his office with donuts.
It works every time.
It goes like this:
B- "Are you coming to see me at work today."
Me- "ummm....no."
B- "Are you sure?
Me - "Yeah."
B- " I'll have a little white bag with a chocolate twist and a maple cake in it."
Me - "Okay.  I'll see you in a little while."

* Tiny Baby turns 16 in about 3 weeks.

* All of my kids HATE having birthday parties.

* So I should have a surprise party for him.  Shouldn't I?

* When we get to Wyoming, I should probably wear hiking boots/shoes  and not my way cute Ed Hardy's with skulls, knives, geishas and stuff huh?

You're brave, braver than me. I wouldn't go trekking though the wilderness. We;;, if you put donuts and cupcakes at the end, maybe an apple pie or two...okay. I'd do it.

Surprise party for sure. You'll be mother of the year in his eyes :)

And next week, I'm setting up a Friday Fragments post. I keep saying that, but this time I'm doing it!

Ha! You sound like me. I hate dirt with a passion, and my poor husband wants nothing more than to go spend a week out in the wilderness. I keep telling him to take the kid and just drop me off at the nearest spa.

Who can't be bribed with food? It's amazing the things I'm willing to do for cookies.

Have a great weekend!

Everything I've learned about mothering boys I've learned from you. I shall now be the sole whiner in my family. Can you please tell them that?

Good luck on your trek.

I could be motivated by food, too. I wish it weren't that way but I'm working on just accepting that it is ;)

I hope your drive and your hike go smoothly! If not, whine on.

You are so very brave you deserve a medal. And a donut. How do you spell that, my spell check is telling me I spelled donut wrong? There is goes again.

Anyway, have fun in Wyoming, I hope there's not too much dirt and wind.

I have a talent for whining too. I'm a pro. :)

Have a great weekend!

I can also be bribed with food, and donuts are at the top of the list!

Maybe we could have a joint party for Hailey and Tiny Baby. She didn't want one either. What girl doesn't want a Sweet 16??????? Have fun and try and keep Jeff T. in line. ;)

I don'y care how much food you offer me. I'm not pulling a cart. Heck, I don't even want to push a wheel barrel around my yard. -J

You are soo brave! Keep cookies in your pockets to nibble on over the rough spots and you should do ok. ;)

Homemade cookies and doughnuts always work for me. So do store bought ones. And cookie dough-why waste time cooking them when they are already so delicious.
